Core functionalities execute entirely offline on your device.

2. Web Forms & Contact Data

When you submit a project inquiry via our Contact Form or sign up for early access waitlists, we collect the personal details you submit (such as your name, email address, company affiliation, and project description). We use this information solely to review, respond to, and process your specific request. We do not sell, rent, or distribute this contact data to third-party marketing services.

3. License Validation

When you purchase a VyasForge software license, we rely on trusted third-party security services and payment gateways to process and validate your purchase. This securely verifies your license key status over our network but does not link this validation activity to any behavioral profile or identifying system data.

4. Automatic Updates & Telemetry

Our desktop applications occasionally check our secure release servers to determine if a new version is available. During this check, the app provides basic, anonymous system information (such as your current OS version and the app version) to ensure the proper update package is delivered. We do not track usage telemetry across our desktop apps.
