Terms of Service

Last updated: 7/1/2026

These Terms of Service apply to all software products developed and distributed by VyasForge, including our macOS utilities, custom enterprise services, R&D projects, and web portals.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, downloading, purchasing, or using any software product from VyasForge (the "Software"), or engaging our engineering team for consulting and development services, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access, install, or use our Software or services.

2. License to Use Software

VyasForge grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use our Software on your personal devices. This license is strictly bound to the terms of your specific subscription tier or lifetime purchase. You may not distribute, sell, crack, modify, reverse engineer, or rent the software to third parties.

3. Custom Development & Services

Engagement for custom software development, AI systems integration, computer vision pipelines, or IoT designs is governed by specific statements of work (SOW) signed separately by the parties. These Terms of Service serve as a general framework, but specific deliverables, timelines, IP ownership rights, and payment milestones are detailed in individual SOW contracts.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

All VyasForge Software and experimental prototypes are provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall VyasForge, its authors, or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from, out of, or in connection with the Software, services, or their usage.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
